- While serving, you gave it up in a big way. You have earned a 100% Line of Duty disability. That is true sacrifice. As our “Thank You” to you, we will rebate you 25% of the professional fee we earn (after our company split) on “your side” of any real estate transaction you close with us. For example, if you purchase a home for $225,000 and the fee to our company is 3%, you would receive a rebate of over $1000 at closing!
- In addition, as in any closing we have with one of our “Heroes,” we will donate $100.00 to the service related charity of your choice. Such organizations would include the Army Emergency Relief, Navy-Marine Corps Relief, Air Force Aid, Coast Guard Mutual Assistance, Police or Firefighter Benevolent Funds, Widow and Surviving Family Funds, etc.
